Our estate Poggio Martino goes back in history until 1700. It belonged to the Papal Family Piccolomini of Pio II, the Pope of Pienza. Initially it was used as a establishment of the hospital of Florence, to take care of passers-by in the more souther Valdichiana region.

The villa, a single farmhouse of about 1000 square meters, is protected by the Fine Arts for its uniqueness. It has been restored and divided into 7 apartments. Tenuta Poggio Martino has a large and completely fenced garden with olive trees. ancient cypress roses and bushes of aromatic herbs.
